What is your return policy?
We want you to feel awesome about your purchase. If by chance your item arrives damaged or defective and you need to return your item(s), we will gladly accept any unworn and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of you receiving the item(s). Click Here to go to our Returns Center. Please note: we cannot refund the shipping charges if your return is due to buyers remorse including but not limited to ordering the wrong size/item. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Personalized item(s) can not be refunded or exchanged. We are also not offering refunds or exchanges on made to order items, which include Shoes and Phone Cases.
When can I expect my refund?
Refunds are usually applied within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays) from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse.
Refunds will be returned to the credit card used for purchase.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to process an exchange. You will need to place a new order.
