Do you ship to countries outside of the U.S.?

Yes we do.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

 

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a "gift" on customs forms.

Doing this is against U.S. and international laws.

Do you do customizations?



Yes we do. We have thousands of pictures not listed on our site. If you have something specific in mind please contact us. If you want something more personal we can do that too.

Do you have a brick & mortar store?



No. Our store is online only. Any questions will have to be asked and answered via email.

We will try our best to answer your questions within 2 hours.

Please keep in  mind that we are Pacific Standard Time and will respond within normal business hours.

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm

Do you charge sales tax?

 

Only California residence will be charged sales tax.

When can I expect to receive my item(s)?

Item(s) are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding week ends and holidays). So you can expect to receive your item(s) within 2-5 business days after that.

International buyers will receive their item(s) within 10-27 business days depending on the destination and shipping method.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it is placed?

 

​It is our first priority to ship your item(s) in a timely manner. For this reason we are unable to modify or cancel your order. However, if you NEED to modify an order please contact us asap. We will try our best to make sure it happens.

What if my package is returned to shipper?

 

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund for your merchandise (shipping fee and customized items are non-refundable). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. However, you may repurchase the item at any time. you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
